First of all, what the heck is an Illumination Board? It's a simple and highly effective tool for creating manifestation and abundance.
What can you do to prepare for the session?
Cut and collect clippings from magazines, your own photo collections, and the Internet. When you're cutting out your clippings, keep in
mind that you could be looking for a visual representation of a person you would like to meet, for feelings like 'happiness' or states of
being such as 'healthy' or more specifically 'cancer free'.
I will provide poster boards, markers and glue.
What happens during the session?
You will spend some time with placement and gluing the images you've brought to your session onto your board. We talk about the
things on the board you would like to empower and I will infuse each of your goals, plans, dreams and intentions with healing energy.
I will place a positive affirmation into your heart chakra as well as add extra intention into your board.
During this fun and energetic session, I will teach you a few techniques for stress relief and manifestation.
