Blvd. exit off 35W and exactly 1 mile from the 280 exit onto Hennepin Ave.

(From Saint Paul and 280: Please look for Como exit. from Saint Paul.  From South, please note my Hennepin exit is near Highway 36.  
There are 2 exits for Hennepin and one of them is downtown.
